- 2 10 ounce bags of oyster crackers
- 3/4 cup oil vegetable, canola, avocado or grapeseed will work well
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 Tablespoon cumin
- 1 Tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 Tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Place the oyster crackers in a large bowl, and coat with the olive oil. In a separate small bowl, mix all of the spices until well blended. Sprinkle the taco seasoning mixture over the crackers.
Toss the crackers in the spices until they're completely coated. Place the coated crackers in the Air Fryer basket, and cook for 8 minutes, at 350 degrees.
Spread the crackers over a parchment paper lined counter and allow to cool to room temperature. Store the cooled crackers in an airtight container or re-sealable bag.
